A dark-wood work-and-play desk built around an LG UltraGear OLED, with an Arzopa portable panel standing in as the compact second screen and a walnut Balolo cockpit shelf lifting the OLED to eye level. The keyboard corner is the giveaway that an enthusiast lives here: a custom 75% under Drop + Matt3o MT3 Susuwatari keycaps on a solid walnut wrist rest.
Stream Deck, Echo Show and Govee Glide handle the smart-desk duties, Audioengine A2+ speakers sit angled on their DS1 wedges, and the whole arrangement lives on a custom matte-black Omnidesk Ascent with an NZXT H7 Flow build alongside. Why this setup works
Hybrid desks fail when the work half and the play half fight for the same surfaces; this one splits them vertically instead. The Balolo shelf puts the OLED at standing-relaxed eye height and creates a storage lane underneath, the portable Arzopa adds a second screen that vanishes into a drawer when the day ends, and the Stream Deck moves scene-and-app switching off the keyboard entirely. The MT3 Susuwatari board on a walnut rest is the emotional core - proof the desk is used for hours, not staged - while the Govee Glide and the OLED's perfect blacks handle evening ambience without a single RGB strip on the desk itself.
